Embroidery
Classic sewn decoration technique that adds a high perceived value. Offers fair detail and texture through flat or 3D stitching.

Screen Printing

Laser Etch
Soft Goods Unique recessed tone on tone effect. Great for technical fabrics and fleece. Can not be used on 100% Cotton.

Chenille Applique or Crest
Vintage decoration used largely on varsity jackets. Frayed fringes hooked and looped on felt layer.

PVC Patch
Moulded into custom shape and provides a soft rubber patch as end result.

Metal Emblem
Molded into custom shape. Can be applied to soft or hard goods. Available in metal alloys or pewter.
Direct to Garment Printing (DTG)
Newer soft good printing technology. Artwork is printed directly onto fabric. Capable of printing photos and multi-color designs. No minimums, perfect for low quantity runs.


Custom Appliques
Large area application that makes a big impact. Layered look most commonly used on hockey jerseys, but can also be done on most heavy garments. Various materials available ie: twill and felt in solid, distressed or patterns.

Sublimation
4 color process print usually done at time of garment manufacturing. Full custom capability dyed directly into the fabric for better wear and a lighter feel.

Liquid Metal
Available with overseas production. Custom logo or design by liquid formed metal. Super sharp edgy look.

Pad Printing
Classic decoration technique with the ability to print multiple “spot” colors or 4 color process. Can be used on virtually any hard surface ie: wood, metal, glass, plastic.
